The Leamington Mennonite Home (LMH) is a not-for-profit, charitable, faith-based organization in Leamington, Ontario, supported by eight church congregations. Our campus is rooted in compassion and our Mennonite heritage. Since opening our doors more than 60 years ago, LMH has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of the community we serve.

Today, 273 seniors call LMH home, supported by more than 200 staff across Long-Term Care, the Assisted Living/Retirement Residence, and Independent Living options, including apartments, condominiums, and townhouses. The apartments are rental units, while the condominiums and townhouses are life-leased. Every resident has access to a 24/7 medical emergency lifeline and support when required.

LMH operates and maintains safe, well-managed homes across the full continuum of seniors’ housing. Services include admissions and tenancy support, medical administration, maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, grounds keeping, security, and emergency preparedness.

Our vibrant campus offers more than housing. It has been purposefully designed and expanded to foster a sense of community where seniors feel welcome and can age in place with access to support as their needs change.
