LMH Long-Term Care Home
The LMH Long-Term Care Home is home to 84 residents, where compassionate, resident-centred care is provided every day.
Built in 2005 and licensed under the Ministry of Long-Term Care, the home consists of 3 Floors and includes:
- 36 basic resident rooms
- 48 private resident rooms
Each floor features a dining room, lounge, activity room, and tub room.
Nursing and personal support staff are available on every floor to meet residents’ personal and medical needs. Home-cooked meals are served three times daily, with snacks served between meals.
Residents enjoy services and amenities that support health, safety, comfort, and quality of life.

Long-Term Care provides comprehensive, around-the-clock support to ensure safety, comfort, and well-being.
Services Include:

- Participate in special events and recreation activities

- Attend worship services or visit the chapel

Families may bring additional furnishings such as an armchair or television, space permitting.


Current Rates (July 1. 2025)
Basic Accommodations: $1,495.15 – $2,085.37
(government subsidy available based on income with Notice of Assessment)
Private Accommodations: $2,979.32

Care Planning & Family Involvement
Upon arrival, staff meet with the resident, family, and Power of Attorney to develop a personalized plan of care.
Families are encouraged to participate in the Family Council.
Consistent staffing on each floor promotes familiarity and continuity of care.
