Home-Cooked Meals

 Foot Care services are available to our residents on a regular basis.

Our BSO Social Worker provides support services to residents and their families in our Retirement Residence. To request support for yourself or your loved one, please contact the our Social Worker, Brittany Collard.

All applicable Housekeeping and Laundry services are included in the monthly residency fee. Our Housekeeping staff makes daily cleaning rounds throughout our Home to keep it spotless, and our Laundry staff are regularly cleaning and labeling our resident clothing.

Our Maintenance Workers are available Monday through Friday and are always working to keep our Home and Complex in great shape.

Our Long Term Care and Retirement Residents have the option of opening a Trust Account at the Front Office. This allows a small cash fund to be available whenever it may be needed.

Resident Trust Accounts

Our Chaplain offers a variety of programs to the Retirement Residents, as well as Individual Visits, Counseling, Bereavement and Caregiver Support. Worship Services, Communion, Memorial and Funeral Services are officiated by our Chaplain.

Chaplaincy Services

Our Home has a group of volunteer drivers who are available to help residents get to appointments when family members are unable (these drivers should be used as a last resort).​ The resident is expected to reimburse the driver for gas and pay for parking. Gas prices are as follows:

Local: $12

City (Windsor, Chatham, Essex, etc.): $40

London: $75

Kitchener: $100

Toronto: $125

Please note that these prices do not include parking fees.
