Homeview Apartments consists of 16 low-income units, all of which are centrally located to allow for easy access to the services provided to the seniors residing in our Community of Care. In order to qualify for low-income subsidies, a Notice of Assessment is required to confirm your annual household income.

Monthly rental fees for these one-bedroom apartments includes Emergency Lifeline, Cogeco Cable, all utilities and taxes, and laundry. Tenants are required to provide their own sleeve-style air conditioner.

Pickwick Apartments offers 38 units, some of which are rent geared to income. This building is connected to our main building, providing a convenience passage to weekly activities. These apartments are geared towards occupant income - a Notice of Assessment is required to determine whether or not the occupant qualifies for government subsidy.
