Many of us are experiencing anxiety related to all the unknowns associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. We like stability, routine, and a sense of control over our environments and experience tremendous stress when there are disruptions in our normal lives.
In this time of uncertainty, we all need to do what we can to keep ourselves physically, emotionally, and mentally well. Our social worker, Brittany Collard, has provided us with a variety of resources that we can all use to check where we are with our mental health and keep ourselves sane through the rest of the COVID-19 pandemic.
